ROC Property Management located in Rochester, NY is seeking an Office Assistant who is bilingual to join our Property Management team.  The candidate must be detailed orientented, interact well with people and provide a high level of customer service.  

Job Title: Office Assistant

Pay Range: $11.00-$14.00/hr DOE 

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime

Primary Job Functions: Responsible for greeting tenants and answering busy phones.  Will assist tenants with background checks, signing leases, collecting rents, and maintenance issues.   To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Other office and accounting support as directed by the Office Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Must be able to speak and write Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Able to answer multi-line phones
  • Ability to multi task
  • Organized
  • Must be able to download and post pictures 
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Minimum of two years' experience with an office
  • High school diploma
